Mobilize Katahdin is a program of the Millinocket Memorial Library that exists to connect people to resources to live well. We do this through providing resource navigation services, stop-gap direct aid (food, utilities assistance, etc.), and through organizing events that connect people to resource experts.
Learn more, get assistance, or get involved by filling out our forms, emailing us at [email protected] or calling (207) 370-1581. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
If you would like to speak directly with our Resource Navigator, call (207) 370-1581 or email us at [email protected].
Over the next three years, our goal is to become known as a one-stop shop for those in need of information and stop-gap support in the Katahdin Region.
We‘re driven by a passion for helping our neighbors improve their quality of life by providing accessible and stigma-free assistance. We are responsive, collaborative, and person-centered in our approach. These values serve as the foundation of who we are, how we work, and how we treat people.
Ultimately, we are working towards building a community in which organizations, individuals, and municipalities collaborate to improve the quality of life of all residents.
